Think of it as enterprise-grade security, designed for creators.

Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You get full access to all features in your chosen plan during the trial period. We ask for a payment method upfront to prevent abuse, but you will not be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial with no charge. After the trial, your plan renews at the regular price.

We monitor all major social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitch. Our Brand Shield scans these platforms for impersonators using your name, photos, and brand assets. Reputation Radar monitors mentions across social media, forums, blogs, and news sites. We are continuously adding new platforms and data sources.

No. InfluencerArmor never asks for or stores your social media passwords. Our scanning technology works with publicly available data and authorized API connections. Read more about our approach in our Security page.

Our AI scans social platforms for accounts that use your name, similar usernames, your profile photos, or your content. We check for visual similarity (reverse image matching), username variations (typosquatting), bio text similarity, and content theft. When a potential impersonator is found, we verify it against your verified profiles and assign a confidence score before alerting you. This happens continuously, not just on-demand.

When we detect a confirmed impersonator, you will receive an immediate alert with evidence (similarity scores and links).

Our contract analyzer uses advanced AI to review brand deals, sponsorship agreements, and management contracts clause-by-clause. It identifies predatory terms like perpetual IP rights, unfair exclusivity windows, below-market rates, and one-sided termination clauses. While highly accurate for common contract patterns, it is not a substitute for legal advice on complex deals. We recommend using it as a first-pass filter and consulting a lawyer for contracts over $10,000.

Our phishing checker analyzes incoming emails and DMs that claim to be brand deals or partnership offers. The AI checks sender domain authenticity, email header analysis, link safety, attachment scanning, and cross-references against known phishing patterns targeting creators. It flags fake brand outreach, credential harvesting attempts, and social engineering attacks. You can forward suspicious emails to our checker or connect your inbox for automated scanning.

Yes. All plans are month-to-month (or annual) with no long-term contracts. You can cancel from your account settings at any time. When you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees, no hidden charges, no hassle.

We offer a full refund within the first 14 days of any paid subscription if you are not satisfied. For annual plans, we offer a prorated refund within the first 30 days. After these periods, no refunds are issued, but you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges. Contact our support team at [email protected] to request a refund.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. All payments are processed securely and we never store your card details on our servers.

Creator Shield ($29/mo) includes brand impersonation monitoring, basic contract scanning (5 per month), phishing email detection, and email support. Full Armor ($99/mo) adds unlimited contract analysis and priority support. Talent Agency ($499/mo) includes everything in Full Armor plus a multi-creator dashboard for up to 25 creators, agency-level analytics, custom AI rules, a dedicated account manager, and API access. Yes. We take security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We use secure authentication with hashed passwords and support two-factor authentication. Our infrastructure follows industry best practices for data protection. Uploaded contracts are encrypted and only accessible to you. We undergo regular security reviews. We collect the minimum data necessary to provide our services: your email address, connected platform usernames (not passwords), uploaded contracts for analysis, and usage analytics. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your contracts or content to train AI models. Our full data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

Yes. You can export all your data at any time from your account settings. This includes your profile information, scan history, contract analyses, alert history, and any uploaded documents. Exports are available in JSON and CSV formats. We comply with GDPR and CCPA data portability requirements.

You can delete your account from account settings. Account deletion is permanent and removes all your data from our systems within 30 days, including scan history, uploaded contracts, and personal information. Active subscriptions will be cancelled immediately. If you want to keep your data before deleting, use the export feature first.

The Talent Agency plan gives you a centralized dashboard to manage protection for your entire creator roster. You add creators to your agency account, and each one gets full Brand Shield, Reputation Radar, Contract Analyzer, and Account Fortress coverage. You see all alerts, threats, and analytics in one view. Creators can optionally have their own login to see their individual dashboard, or you can manage everything from the agency level.

The standard Agency plan supports up to 25 creators. If you manage more than 25 creators, we offer custom enterprise plans with volume pricing. We work with agencies of all sizes, from boutique firms to large talent management companies.

You control the access level. By default, creators only see their own individual dashboard with their personal threats, scans, and contract analyses. They cannot see other creators in your roster or agency-level analytics. You can choose to give individual creators view-only access, full access, or no direct access at all (agency-managed only). All permissions are configurable from the agency settings.
